Welcome to Forest Glades Medical Centre

The doctors and staff at Forest Glades Medical Centre in Kidderminster are proud to offer the highest standard of patient-centred healthcare.

We run many clinics for the management of chronic diseases such as asthma and diabetes and offer a wide variety of other medical services including antenatal and postnatal care, minor surgery, childhood vaccinations and well-person check-ups.

Disabled access

There are public car parks surrounding the surgery, which have disabled spaces. Wheelchair access to the building is via the main entrance, which has automatic doors. Patient services are all on one level. Toilet facilities are available adjacent to the main Health Centre Reception
